It's a match!
The allocation of exchanges for 2011 --- known as matching process -- began in Atlanta in 2009.
Program Services Coordinators make up the matching team. They worked hard to grant, to the extent possible, every
exchange requested by clubs. This is not an easy task! Several factors must be considered before an exchange is
finally proposed.
In 2009 we went to San Diego in late January, and New Caledonia and New Zealand in the Fall.
We hosted Vogtland, Germany in April and Dallas in the late summer.
In 2010 will will go to Pau, France, in May and host South Carolina/Georgia in September.
Many club members enjoy joining in with other Friendship Force Clubs to be part of their outbound
visits, as well as going on various Discover Series adventures, cruises and festivals. Check the Friendship Force website
at www.friendshipforce.org for more information.
